Casa Anastasia
Casa Anastasia is a holiday home located in the seaside town of Sottomarina, part of the historic city of Chioggia.
Our structure is located a few steps from the main beaches and establishments in the area ("Bagni Sirenella", "Bagni Minerva", "Bagni Perla"). We have an agreement with Minerva beach.
Casa Anastasia is located in the historic center of the town in the characteristic "Murazzi" area.
Travelers staying with us will be able to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the streets (typically called "CALLI"). Visitors will be able to enjoy shopping in the shops of the center, be surprised by the creations of our artisans and experience the flavors of the place thanks to the various food and wine itineraries, follow cultural events and exhibitions.
Location
Our structure is the ideal location for all families on the move who will feel at home here but also for those staying for work, for a romantic getaway to meet and rediscover, for all those who wish to spend some time in an uncontaminated natural environment.
Structure features
We will provide our guests with a private bathroom in each room, free wifi, a heated environment, the possibility of returning at any time of the night and a kitchenette.
Rooms
Our rooms are all equipped with air conditioning and heating, are equipped with internet access, a bed for children (on request), smart TV, kitchen. We also provide change of sheets and towels at the beginning of the stay. Finally, the rooms are all equipped with cutlery, crockery and everything needed for the kitchen.
We can accommodate up to 6 guests in our apartments:
- 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT that can accommodate 4 people (3 FLOOR)
- DELUXE STUDIO that can accommodate 2 people (GROUND FLOOR)
You will be welcomed and assisted by the managers as guests in their own home.
We can speak Italian, English, French, Spanish.
This apartment consists of one room with a private bathroom. In the apartment there is a double bed. The studio is equipped with kitchen, television and air conditioning. You can also use the washing machine.
This recently renovated apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. In one room there is a double bed while in the other there is a bunk bed. total capacity: 4 people. The apartment has a private bathroom and kitchenette (fridge, sink and two-burner electric hob). In the apartment there are air conditioning, television and microwave. You can also use the washing machine.
